You can use Gety on up to 3 personal devices at the same time, and you can replace devices whenever you need. If you want to use Gety on more devices, please contact hi@gety.ai.
Does it work across operating systems?
Yes. Your license is linked to your account, not the OS. You can use it on Windows, macOS, and Linux (coming soon) within the 3-device limit.
What's the difference between Lifetime and Subscription?
Both plans include the same features and future updates. The only difference is payment: Subscription is recurring monthly, while Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
Can I upgrade from Subscription to Lifetime later?
Yes. You can switch at any time, and we'll offer you a special loyalty discount for upgrading to Lifetime. Please contact us at hi@gety.ai before upgrading.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new users on their first purchase. Renewals, plan changes (e.g. Subscription → Lifetime), and users who previously had an active license are not eligible.
Is the beta stable enough for daily use?
Yes, it's tested and stable for daily work. Since we're still in beta, you may notice occasional rough edges, but we release frequent updates and fixes. You can also start with the free plan to try it out first.
Will pricing change after beta?
Yes. Prices will increase after beta, and they may also change during the beta period. If you already purchased a Lifetime license, nothing changes. If you're on a Subscription, you can keep renewing at your current price as long as you don't cancel.
