Does it work across operating systems?
Yes. Your license is linked to your account, not the OS. You can use it on Windows, macOS, and Linux within the 3-device limit.
What's the difference between Lifetime and Subscription?
Both plans include the same features and future updates. The only difference is payment: Subscription is recurring (monthly or yearly), while Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
Can I upgrade from Subscription to Lifetime later?
Yes. You can switch at any time, and we'll offer you a special loyalty discount for upgrading to Lifetime. Please contact us at hi@gety.ai before upgrading.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new users on their first purchase. Renewals, plan changes (e.g. Subscription → Lifetime), and users who previously had an active license are not eligible.
